Nice video! On Micron around 23:00, is it safe to say you would also be looking at the volume spikes on the previous lows when they came below $30? Otherwise I'm seeing a double top with a close below the neckline. If I was entered on the close below the neckline, would the gap up bullish engulfing or the inside candle be my sign to exit? (given the high volume around the neckline I don't think I would've entered the double top but still wondering about the exit if I did) Thanks!!!

at time mark 16:39 you mentioned engulfing candle. Honestly, I am still confuse what is the difference between engulfing candle and inside candle?
@RealLifeTrading5 жыл бұрын
Marwan M Well, an inside candle is 100% within the previous price. So precious candles low is 11.99 and high is 12.40 an inside candle would be 12.01 and high of 12.24. An engulfing candle is a candle with price fully outside of the previous price range. So the above example in reverse

Is there a particular short term time frame you find works the best playing inside candles for intraday trading. Like 15 min vs 1 hr. I know it depends just how long you want to stay in the trade, but I guess what would be most profitable trading intra day.

your example @26:10 fails your rules you would have gotten in on the spike up over the previous day's high and you would have also gotten stopped out below the previous of the previous day's low. you can't take credit for being in the bullish trade the next day on the run up. it left without you. that is why this is all gambling. the stop loss failed.
