Sukuna was holding back meguna was only late for 0.1 seconds during 5th domain battles if that was heian era sukuna he would never have been late Since he have 2 extra hands for hand sign And also heian era sukuna hand to hand combat is lot better than meguna Meguna was also disadvantage in terms of h2h because he was not using amplification otherwise meguna would not have been late for only 0.1sec.
