just bought a character off the actorcore store, and on your web page the model looks hi res, but in CC4 its really low res like 1k! How do I select 2k/4k etc please in CC4?

Or are they meant to be low res please? As looks really good in the webpage viewer!

Hi @ukmonk Actorcore characters are optimized for crowd animation, suitable for viewing at medium to long distances. They feature a mesh with only 10K polygons and a single 4K texture map for the entire character. To ensure higher texture resolution, adjust your preferences by setting ""Max Texture Size"" to 4K. For main actors requiring high-resolution rendering, please use CC3+ standard characters.

Can you please find a better way to create shape keys (morphs) instead of having to send the character to the morph editor, export it, make changes, import it into the morph editor, send it back to IClone? Anyone using any other 3d software would laugh at what I just said. Too much time is lost when it can be done directly in the scene in a software like Blender. Also, converting hair and clothes to acc and the other way around should be added to iClone as well, not just CC. It can be used as a quick fix for hair deformations and such due to posing. Any plan for a new render engine now that Iray has been discontinued? Exporting an Iray scene takes hours for just something like a 100 frames! Exporting not rendering. I take it that there will be no further improvements done to fix such issues?
