Oh my, the last time I visited Hong Kong was 1996. At tlagang nag enjoy din kami sa food. At super super fave ko din ang beef brisket with tendons. I love tendons, nowadays I would cook kare- kare & callos with beef tendons instead of tripe & oxtail. Para iwas gout din. 😋❤️👍

During my younger years, I remembered when my parents+ brought us to Hongkong for a vacation. Kumain kame sa isang resto na walang pila. Then after finished eating, bills were immediately given and asked us to leave after paying. Paglabas namin, we understood why. Haba pala ng pila.😁
