They need to put effort into properly knowing how to structure and moderate these types of interviews instead of letting Jag run her mouth without any direction from this team. It’s unfortunate how unstructured your interviews are. You have incredible guests with incredible stories and it slips right through with a lack of conversational skills. As an interviewer you should be guiding the conversation asking leading questions, you should be educated on your guests so they don’t have to explain who they are.. as most folks I have been following jags story and mission to get the truth out for awhile and y’all have seem to created a safe space for people to open up and speak their truth, it’s truly special and incredible. Nurture that and put in the extra effort to make this what it deserves to be. If not you are doing yourself and guests and injustice by not being more structured for everyone to get the truth.

Yes, and a true interviewer always has control and never allows it to get sidelined. And I’m not just talking fluff, 10+ years of a high end sales and marketing career thought me a lot. For one like you said to have integrity as an interviewer you most read up on your subject, two never asked closed ended questions - open-ended questions only. 3) These people need to understand who they are and the severity of the subject matter at hand. Do they care to make a difference, or are they just looking for money and fame? I take it it’s the later because they love interviewing pornstars nobody cares about. I read the comments before I watched the interview. Did everyone watch what I watched? He was hesitant but shared what he could. Jag was encouraging him, apologized to him, invite him back on the couch and he said yes he would be honored.
