Wonderful idea to adhere the cut pieces to a piece of copy paper. You're right - lots less stress to line up the pieces on the cardstock.

I'm watching this in November 2023. I had to replay this to make sure I heard right. You're in Springfield, IL?? That is something!! I watch folks all from all over ~ Canada, Australia, UK, OR, OH, FL, GA, etc. You are the first KZbinr I've ever found in my state, let alone my hometown! Haha, I don't remember what it was that week in January here, last year, I just know it was cold! But, so was Easter in April! I have a big paper pad of all seasons/holidays from Hobby Lobby that has a lot of coordinated designs that will work well together. Can't wait to try this card sketch. I'll never get tired of Christmas paper, but it's crazy how fast the other holidays follow!!

Hi Robin, it's -3 celcius which is about 21 F. in Ontario, Canada. We had lots of snow at Christmas. Not so much now. Thanks for the tip of using copy paper as a base to arrange the dsp. I really liked the tulip and the marble, but they were all pretty. 💕
