People can get exhausted with even the lightest amount of physical activity when they're lugging all that fat around, which is why those who are heavy tend to sit around more The best way to lose it is to STARVE IT OFF by eating VERY LITTLE Plus, drinking a lot of water also helps, DRINK MORE than you eat

The surgery is just a quick fix that doesn’t solve the deep rooted issue which is mental illness . Clearly he has to fix his relationship with food. Surgery doesn’t fix that. He’ll put all the weight back on in no time. Has to have a mindset change. Any good result takes effort, it’s never as simple as go to sleep surgery wake up and poof all done. Never that easy .

Pma is such an important part of recovery. This guy had it in spades. As a nurse we see it all the time. The patient that wakes up and says I want to get moving does so much better than the one you have to put a rocket up to get out of bed. Well done to this guy, it’s no small feat what he did

A very honest and open young man who didn‘t even try to find excuses or blame someone else for his misery. Great that he reached his most important goal, the weight loss. I hope he will reach his next goal too (to visit Japan), which seems to be one of his biggest dreams.

Dr. Now gave up on a LOT of people! Every one who had refused to follow his advice and had basically given up on themselves. They expected him to work a miracle without any effort on their part.

@@pricklypear7516 Oh yeah. You have to give up when you're dealing with an addict that doesn't WANT to change their life...or they'll drag you down with them. I love these stories when the person is ready and follows the program! It's so sad when Dr. Now cares more about the person's health then they do. Patients ending themselves slowly with food.

@@pricklypear7516 off course. They gave up and did not follow the program. They gave up on Them self. Theres nothing dr now Can do if people do not want to be helped
