The weird but amazing thing about each region's soundtrack is that they're all sort of on the same level. Every time I hear one of these soundtracks I always think to myself "they outdid themselves" but then I go back to Liyue or to Mondstadt (specifically Stormterror's Lair or Dragonspine) and the songs there are just as good and powerful as the ones in Inazuma it's an incredible balance

True! I even thought Inazuma's songs were sounding a bit like Liyue but it's because of similarities in instruments used and how good the soundtracks are. But I think what makes them even better is how they convey the atmosphere of each region and story really well.

Of all the regions so far, Inazuma’s soundtrack makes the region feel so majestic and mysterious. So much melancholic pain underneath an elegant serenity. Whilst Liyue is grand and bustling with life, with vast views of ancient sites and a busy harbor, filled to the brim with history. Mondstadt being the most magical and fantastical; long lost stories of dragons and knights and a vast untamed wilderness; Inazuma just exudes so much majesty. You can tell it is a region of perpetual conflict, but its steadfast in it’s traditions and identity. There’s a tragic beauty to it all. Truly, a nation of Eternity.

I remember going to Kazuha's friend's grave right after I finished the archon quest. When I arrived there, suddenly the song at 32:03 started playing and I had to stop moving for 1 minute till the music stopped because of how beautiful and emotional it was. The fact that it is named "Sigh of an Old Friend" just makes me sadder now :(

My favorite tracks are everything with Ayaka's leitmotif, because I love her and her story quest that much: Her Legacy - 23:33 (I always remember how this was used in Ayaka's character teaser) Kitsune's Mask - 26:13 (particularly the part that starts at 26:47 . It will always make me see Ayaka dancing for us in the glow of the moonlight in Chinju Forest) Hanachirusato - 27:52 (used at the end of Ayaka's character teaser) Time to Say Farewell - 29:26 (beautiful shamisen (?) rendition of this theme)

I love how mystical Inazuma feels. Mondstadt is home, Liyue is nice for vacations, and Inazuma is mysterious and often haunted and/or melancholy. It amazes me how Yu-Peng Chen can make & flesh out such nice melodies and chords with instrumentation and such. I'd love to have even a fraction of his skill. On the Liyue track list, I said that "Foxes at Play" was my favorite out of those, and in this one it's "Kitsune's Mask." Kagari was my favorite NPC, even above Teppei for me, and I loved the Ayaka story quest a lot.
