I have the pro plus because of 2160 pwm. Still not enough to fell comfortable. I want use it more to see if my eyes adapt to pwm. But the more I use the less chance I've to return the phone because there are more chances of small marks of use. I'll probably return the pro plus and go for the pro because of the LCD 😢

I think the Redmi Note 12 Pro will be this years best budget or lower midrange phone to get. After nah Redmi Note 11 series, the Pro and (somewhat) Pro + of 12 series seems to be the path to go for. Vanila model isnt anything to speak about, though.

Yes, Redmi Note series is great every 2nd year ✌️. Redmi Note 8 Pro was fantastic (I still have it because of great camera performance + beautiful glass/aluminium finish 👍), Note 9 Pro nothing special so I skipped it, Note 10 Pro again very good even excellent 👍, Note 11 Pro really really disappointing 👎now way I'd buy that. But now to the upcoming Redmi Note 12 Pro it must be great for sure 🥳.

They seem to have dropped off the radar in the UK. For a while they found a place in a lot of comparisons. I suspect their pricing, always a percentage higher than similar specced phones from competitors is a bit of a turn off.

Cameras are so downgrade than the last gen. Remember we had IMX686 on pocox2 just 2 years back and now we are getting IMX766?? inferior camera from last year that too no hexagon isp on any midrange Snapdragon chipset. I don't even consider MediaTek to do a decent ISP for their camera so they seems to be doing just fine.

U might want to know one positive thing on realme 10 pro plus.. the pwm rating. (Pulse Width Modulation) They invest alot on this.. The reason you had headache after watching your phone for quite a time is because your phone have low pwm.. most of the phone nowdays have 450 pwm...like s22 ultra etc.. but this is the first phone have super high pwm.. and it will protect your eyes.. the comfort of looking your screen

at 9:26 the keyboard appears because of a setting you have turned on. when you are in your app drawer click manage and there disable the setting so that the keyboard wont appear when you enter app drawer.

Hard to recommend any of these IMHO, the only good thing i see about them is the Pro+ front design, display and the ram/rom, but in the end i wouldnt rate any of these above a Motorola Moto G82, for example. It may not be as powerful, but the user experience is miles ahead. The final buyer will be WAY happier, and that's the most important thing imho. Anyways, good video as always, Chris.

Companies could just remove these gimmick cameras and better give sd card slot and 3.5mm jack. And increasing price every time just for incremental upgrades, just sad for us consumers. If possible could you compare realms 10pro vs 7pro or 8pro. Will further prove the increase in price isn't justified.

Another great comparison ✌️. LCD screens are never bad or disappointing if they are of excellent quality as seems to clearly be the case here with Realme 10 Pro. Watched here on my Super AMOLED screen Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, I can really see no difference between them, of course there'll be some, notably if you're watching movies on your smartphone, which I don't do. AMOLED is also brighter, which helps on those too few sunny days here in Finland 🇫🇮 (or in that old Blighty England across the sea 😂 now sailing away from EU! 🚣) but I understand that for Chris living in sunny Spain it's often a deal breaker. Realme 10 Pro will be much cheaper and I really love that they added that SD card slot and the headphone jack on the cheaper model 👍. Worth mentioning is also how small the bezels are on 10 Pro, it looks really great, now only Honor 50 and Honor 70 has smaller bezels but they're both more expensive especially Honor 70 at least (Honor 50 is now much older and maybe it isn't more expensive?) Honor would actually be my first choice to buy, but it isn't, only because of their update policy which is the worst and the slowest too, Honor 50 will get 1 Android OS update and Honor 70 just two, now when Samsung gives 4 Android updates and even OnePlus has just announced they'll start to give 4 OS updates from now on.
