For those who are complaining about micro USB port more you are getting VOOC 3.0 which is a 20W charging tech which is same as supported by OnePlus 6,6t ( not including McLaren edition) which is quite an accomplishment in 200$ price range, and since it is an asia specific phone ( south-east asia) where more than 80 percent of general public uses micro USB port most of the buyer will be satisfied, but yeah it would have been better if it was USB type-C.

@@rajatsandhu3995 Quick Charge 3.0 is 18W and VOOC 3.0 is 20W, not a lot of difference there but the difference is in voltage and ampere rating. QC 3.0 is 9V/2A while VOOC 3.0 is 5V/4A and theorically VOOC should be more efficient as majority of heat is produced by charger not by phone while charging.

@2:43 Sorry lad but the 675 is more powerful than the 710 despite being a 6 series chip. SD 675 has an Antutu score of arround 185,000 and SD 710 165,000, even though the 710 has comes with a slightly more powerful gpu. That is mainly because it features 4th gen Kryo cores as opposed to the 3rd gen Kryo cores of the 710.

My Y9 2019 from Huawei has a Micro USB but it charges so fast! In 1 hrs and so my phone charges from 5% to 100%. That's way better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro's charging capability. I would go for the Realme 3 Pro. Plus, the RM 3 Pro has a dedicated Micro SD slot.

Very good review. The only thing: the 710 is not so better than the 675: it is an older generation and as far as the cpu is concerned is slower (not having two A76 cores), it has a better gpu, though.

That is true but you won't feel the difference as 710 is older and well optimised for performance. 675 is new and still requires some optimisation.

Hi Adam, good to see you again! Yes, microusb is a dealbreaker. I mean: I am much more glad to buy a microusb equipped device, since I do not see any dramatic boost in using the c type...and because I have my entire environment populated by microusb objects. Strangely none of the so called major reviewers complained that much for really useful features, like 3,5mm jack, fm radio receiver, and ir blasters. Apparently this is because such reviewers get extra undeclared benefits from certain manufacturers in such a way that they can be considered as manufacturers' advisors, rather than real testers/reviewers.

Remember, the pricing for Realme 3 Pro 4gb/64gb is close to Pocophone F1's 6gb/64gb variant. They are too focused on Redmi Note 7 Pro... But Pocophone does the job for performance. Skipping the 48mp sensor for a more powerful SD845 with LiquidCooling.

It's a proven technology and I don't see any advantage to the other connector over the micro USB. What I just learned a day ago about a new connection technology that replaces both of these older connectors with a magnetic connector which solves the problem of the connectors

You missed so much. This can record 4k @ 30 fps. And it comes with vooc charging 3.0 which is actually faster than one plus dash charging and good thing is charger is bundled in the box itself.

So what's the conclusion here? I don't think I will regret having a Redmi note 7 pro over the Realme 3 pro. Thanks to Redmi(Xiaomi) brands like Oppo and Vivo are affordable now these days. I am sure the Realme(Oppo) would have a price tag of 25k-30k if the Xiaomi was not there.(budget market)

I really don't get it with you guys tech reviewer. Why do you guys always prefer the usb type c over micro usb? Consider the handset price that thing will mostly likely be paired with budget accessories which (gasp!) uses micro usb, and yes I have a ton of micro usb cables laying around, all my friends does, what is rare is actually that damn usb type c cable. I'm not saying that micro usb is better, but consider the pricepoint, it's more of a logical choice. Also, stop complaining about Android skins, Google vanilla Android is just that, VANILLA, and boring. Most people I know are actually more used to the skinned android (your TouchWiz, MIUI, ColorOS, EMUI). I did use custom vanilla android and I hate it because it's so bare, no customizable gestures, no extreme power saving (like those in Xperia UI), and if I want overhaul themes, I have to buy substratum.

The reason they used micro usb is because of the VOOC fast charging this is the reason its ahead of its competitors so before you judge the "micro usb" btw you didnt mention the vooc so this whole review makes your vid unreliable due to lack of information but overall the vid is good just gather more information on your other vids cheers!

I am just disappointed with the look of this phone a bit... Every set these days huawei honor xiaomi redmi oppo etc etc are launching the exact same shapes just like previous apple devices lile iphone 7 plus -_- thats one of the reasons i really respect nokia ans Samsung atleast they have their own designs in their sets...
