After using both extensively, I like the Mi better, it’s build quality is better specially the remote and it also has a USB port so I can plug a pen drive and watch movies straight from it.

I believe Mi Box 4K also received the Android UI update but I'm yet to check it out personally but its a great device still. And I will highly recommend it. With the updated UI it definitely becomes more recommendable. Else, the Realme 4K TV stick is also great. I'm personally not very fond of Fire TV Stick and its UI.

Do both of these have options to disable hdr and/or dolby vision? My tv doesnt support those formats well, so I want to turn those off. My tv cant turn these off unfortunately, so I have to rely on external device like xbox which can disable hdr as an option.

HDR content will not be an issue even if you do not have it turned off brother. So there is no need to disable HDR on a non HDR TV. It makes no difference.

@@pavneetsinghbawa It has all the Apps you get on the PlayStore meaning Jio TV will also work on it. I don’t think you can side load apps and I will also never recommend to side load apps as it can cause security issues.

Thanks brother. Most Android boxes are more or less the same brother and Justcliq is no exception to that. But the build quality is better on the Mi. I'd simply go with the Mi Box 4K brother, since its also got the latest UI now.

Yes, you can control the volume through the remote brother.

@@DarenFGC It’s only on the device brother, you cannot control TV volume with it. But a result of you reducing the volume of the device also reduces the volume overall meaning the TV as well if you know what I mean.

Even though you have Android 10 you are not missing out on much. Plus Mi Box has also received the new interface update so its as good in terms of the UI. Lastly you get a USB port on the Mi box which you can use to connect a Pen Drive to watch movies.

You do not have a USB port to access where you can connect a pen drive and install apps. But if you store the file on Gdrive or something then you can install 3rd party apks from there. I don’t recommend using 3rd party apks though due to security issues.

Both are good. Mi box 4K also has a usb port so you can also connect a pen drive. I have both and both are good. After using both for a long time I can say they are almost the same barring some extra ports on the mi box. So if you want to watch movies via pen drive go for the Mi box, else Realme will also be ok.

Its still Android 9 but it has the latest UI updated. You cannot upgrade to the latest OS unfortunately but I do not think you are missing out on much since you still have access to the Play Store and can download many apps from there. And the OS runs smoothly enough.

I do not like the Fire TV interface personally brother. Both the realme and the Mi box are good in terms of the picture quality but I believe the Mi box is the most stable after using it long term.

I'm not sure on this one brother. There are no ports on the device itself so there is no way of connecting any other device or converter to it. The converters will have to be connected to your TV. So I believe if your TV supports it then you should be good.
