@@nikkukr2542 Ek baar neckband ko reset kariye aur apna phone restart kariye..agar in sab se nahi sahi ho raha toh maybe BT version mismatch ho Raha ho...isliye low volume me latency issue aa rahi hai...agar return window close ho chuka hai toh aap service centre visit kariye...aur unko ye issue explain kariye...agar naya replacement issue kar dete hai toh fir se check kariyega...warna Bluetooth version mismatch hi hoga ye confirm ho jayega..Agar in case man nahi hai replacement/repair ke process me toh thoda sound badha ke use kariye...
