Hey, check your buds are working on the latest firmware (1.1.0.64), recently realme has released new firmware version fixing multiple known software issues.

My Realme Link app cannot serve Wireless 3, only 2, 2s and pro. Having the latest 3.7.703.3605 version of the Android app. What could be the issue? I can pair them just fine, but cannot use extra features such as spatial audio etc.

Hey try to refresh the app multiple times, I did mention this issue in the video. Sometimes the neckband does not show in the app, if problem persists then try to use any other android phone to update the firmware of the Realme neckband.

Hello, ye neckband apke purpose ke lie accha option hai hai. sahi ear bud use krke hum isse small ears pr bhi comfortably use kr sakte hai. Maine Inhai lambe samay tak bhi use Kara hai and mujahi ear mai kisi type ka bhi pain feel nahi hua.

Hello, I've encountered a similar issue where my neckband is connected and working properly with my smartphone, but the app doesn't reflect this immediately. I've addressed this problem in the video, and it's important to note that this issue is from the app itself and can't be resolved on our end. We'll have to wait for fix.

Agreed bro, mera buds 2 wireless tha, 1 years ke baad kaafi sari jagah se wire tut gaya tha, aur yeh ek aisa product hai, wire change karna bhi lagbhag namumkin hai, so use and throw man ke chalna padhta hai. Price ke according jyada chalna chahiye, mera 999 wala lava probuds n31 2 years ho gaya, koi dikkat nahi, wire kaafi strong hai, lekin sound ekdum bekaar hai.

This is not issue with your neckband, you need to make sure the neckband isn't set to transparency mode. If it is, change it to noise cancellation mode. If the issue is still there, switch to an earbud that fits well in your ear.
