Yes brother i was realme C2 user till July, I used it for almost 2years, I haven't received any android update, just several security patch till may 2021, it is running android 9 even today, realme promised to provide UI 1.0 but they haven't. When I asked customer care, they said the device completed 2 years, as they provide updates for 2years. They just released trail version this year and end up with no stable update. Realme said that would provide it on September 2020 ! It's better to purchase Micromax, Motorola or Samsung.
