This is a great year for midrangers. And thanks to partly the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. I'm just glad they're finally returning putting the telephoto on midrangers again. It's been a long time coming.

The Realme GT 6 as a Flagship Killer device, has a lot to offer at less than 600 dollars. But, my cons of the phone: 1. I wish it had a flat display(yes, still with LTPO OLED). 2. The 8MP ultrawide camera is decent but underwhelming when shooting videos. Realme should've added a 12MP sensor instead. 3. I don't mind the 2X telephoto camera. But, it's only 47mm in focal length. I really wish it was a 50mm in focal length.

Flat is subjective, i prefer curved and so does most of china, which is why its still standard. And bro its $300 ofc its not gonna have the best cameras, but it literally beats non Chinese flagships 4x the price in other areas

I have realme gt 6 razor green, people say it looks not great, i mean if any phone can give samsung s24 ultra like smoothness at very low price with 4 years of Software updates I mean I don't go for a phone just by outer look, i only values what if offers at what price, i am tech geek, and please hold my advice realme gt 6 is excellent

Is the frame aluminium or not, since i'm reading that it is plastic and the back as well.. can someone please confirm ? usually alumunium frames have those antenna stripes which i don't see in the current device. thanks in advance

It has Plastic frame and glass back according to Many youtubers in India, flipkart on which realme sells the phone and their website also mention Glass back in indian gt 6 .....

The software is cool, but the highlighting of text is a little non-user friendly, I feel, assuming it is the same as OPPO. I still prefer Google Lens highlighting/selecting of text, which is more accurate, IMO.

Realme always brings it with some cool features. Unfortunately their devices don't work too well on the US networks. On top of the limited bands, niether AT@T or T-Mobile are recognizing their software. My Realme GT2 Pro is pretty much unusable. Xiaomi is usable but not great For upper mid-range to flagship imports in the US you have to stick with the US network specific which there are just two companies offering a few models: OnePlus 11, 12, 13 etc..maybe the nord? Motorola thinkphone Motorola Edge+ Kinda sucks but Samsung Google and Apple have a complete monopoly over here and no doubt are in partnership with the the cell companies to make sure its just impossible to use all the great imports. This is why Americans have no clue about fast charging. They all think its a new gimmick 😂

Oppo, OnePlus, and Vivo are the same. If you buy one you can't buy the other two which makes them hard to sell. For example I wanted the OnePlus 12 but when I tried it, it was the same as my Oppo Reno 10 pro plus so I had to return it
