Bro am using same device but mine is locked on 30 fps i tried everything but am not getting 60fps. what is the problem? I tried gt mode and tried genshin settings fps to 60 but still its capped at 30 please help

45 fps with highest setting 60 fps and screen recording on. If screen recording off slightly fps increase around 52 to 60 and also gt mode is always on. Temperature is around 46 degree max.
