1). keep the realme link app open and mobile data on and restart your watch.. then try..and see if rest of the data are accessible like the health data.make sure the bluetooth is connected throughout the process 2). try clearing data of the realme link app and then use 3). reset your watch..might have some residual glitches after the first firmware update

Both features of the watch are not working.

After selecting India on the Realme link app I got a new firmware installation option, after installation of the latest firmware I'm able to use AI features.
