The battery of my Realme Pro 3 exploded while it was lying on the table. 😢 I submitted it to the Lajpat Nagar service center in New Delhi (Complaint No: IN61-163-R241128003) on November 28, 2024. After 15 days, they claimed that "external force" was applied. Think twice before buying Realme if you value your safety. Realme is trying to shift the responsibility to customer rather than accepting the fact of product malfunction
