I love this track and thought the video was perfect for the song. Daisies are a symbol of rebirth, new beginnings. He's always working to improve his health & life...Daisies couldn't be more perfect.

I thought the video went perfectly with the song. He collapses on the bathroom floor, he's been doing so much drinking and drugs that he's near death as in "pushing up daisies" and he is hallucinating, which is what actually happened the night he had his breakdown. At the very end, he comes to and is the stronger version of himself, after all that he experienced. When he's lying on the floor and the daisies get closer and closer, that's how close to dying he was during his worst period. I know that Tom said they had a whole other video planned for this song but it fell through. He did say he thought this turned out even better than their original idea, but I also know they were still editing it Wednesday night so they had to do a rush job. Thanks for the reaction.

Not a knock or anything at all but guessing haven't experienced yourself, like what you're talking about, could be completely wrong lol which hopefully I'm not wrong cuz fkn sucks

@@donaldpaulson3920 I'm only going by what Tom has shared about his experience. And in the behind the scenes video he did with Nova today he confirmed that the idea was someone on drugs hallucinating all that stuff. If you're asking if I've ever been addicted, no, but I have hallucinated from prescribed drugs after surgeries and yeah, it fkn sucked. And I've also come very very close to pushing up daisies three times from medical emergencies and that sucked too. I think going through that is why Tom's music hits me the way it does.

@@KidlitwriterI couldn’t agree more. Personally, I’m in my 3rd bonus overtime of life. Hallucinations suck, especially when you’re convinced they are real. I’ve had them for 49 years now, all due to messed up brain chemistry (brain decides I’m sleeping and gives me a dream while I’m wide awake) #hangovergang forever ✌🏽

Car: Tom has a story of him missing a bus when he was a carpenter. Going to work in the pouring rain ( and pissed off) he tripped on his boot laces and looked up through a car dealer ship window and saw a Lambo look like it was mocking him. He said one day I'll own you. But since then hes' decided it would be frivolous. Pie in the sky. Also Nova has floating cars on her album scarred of heights. My thought.😎🤙🌼🌼🌼Merry Christmas...🌼🌼🌼♥️😎🤙

Way late to the party on this one but had to watch just because I love the song and seeing you two react to stuff. But I have to say, Becca, I think you felt this one. It seemed a couple of times that your expression said 'Yep, been there, done that'. Subtle, but... then again, I could be wrong. Either way, GREAT song and GREAT reaction!
