Thank you for this. I suffer from anxiety and OCD for my whole life, I believe the two definitely go hand in hand. Enlightening to see these young people work through and understand it. Thank you!!!!

I too have been suffering from anxiety since I was kid. Physical and mental torture from as long as I can remember. I witnessed my mom getting raped on daily bases. My father was alcoholic and abused me physically everyday. One night he hit me so hard with kettle on my head that everything went numb. I was forced laboured at the age of 9. One day my brain said enough and switched to dream like state and I have been living like that since. Imagine going out and everything is like dream and you question everything within your thoughts. I am in my 30s now living with the same condition and under constant medication. I have 8 years old son and in him I see myself and try to provide everything I missed. Though sometimes it is still difficult for me to make other understand how it is like to have such mental condition. Love and care to all those suffering with same conditions like me ❤️ 😢

I can relate Kevin. The one thing that keeps me going is knowing I've come a long way and have chosen to actively seek a better way of life which includes self aware...we understand other people with similar situations...we are not alone. I just had to seek out trusted help for my well-being.

Best way to get over these mental hangups is to delete social media. It's linked to so much anxiety and that feeling of missing out on something when none of what other people are doing is anything you can join.

These kids are so brave to "come out" in such a public arena. I suffer from bouts of depression and I'm always a little wary to tell people. It's good that its getting de-stigmatised in some countries. However there is still a long way to go. I found it incredibly hard to get medical insurance once I disclosed I was on medication for depression. I knew my depression wouldn't be covered by insurance per se, but I wanted medical insurance for other things. The irony is that this condition is so prevalent that insurance companies would lose money if they included it in their insurance coverage. Maybe one day they will, but I doubt it.

I don’t have OCD or a fear of going outside, but I’m afraid of being in front of a camera where thousands of people can view my face and nitpick on what’s wrong with me, which in turn I know it would cause me to be insecure with myself- but these guys are doing a full on documentary and documenting a part of their lives for everyone to see and that’s more braver than I’ll ever be😂

Using the phone is the worst for me. I smoke 4 cigarettes and roll 2 more before the conversation even starts... Then it's automated and I get frustrated that I can't talk to a human, rather than a machine...

The girl did not feel free when singing. Painful to watch! I feel anxiety shooting up in myself when I see her like that. It's totally normal that these situations are scary. Babystep yourself out of it and accept how you feel at every point of the journey. Play the game to play the game

My anxiety is really just my intrusive thoughts and thinking and feeling more people are around than there is even when I’m just by myself I can’t sleep comfortably bc I feel they’re on the bed with me and in the shower, I’m public when I speak to someone for a min and I walk away I still feel there around until I talk to someone new then they follow me, I do take aniexty pills along with my antidepressant and sometimes I feel it doesn’t work bc maybe my body is immune to it 🥺😢
