Anty Adunni, I will ask you for this favor again. Please go get your ulcer checked for H-Pylori. I do not want to scare you. Tell your PCP to refer you to GI specialist. If after EGD and they rule out H-Pylori, then you can do whatever remedies you deem fit. Please 🙏🏽 I beg you in the name of anyone or thing you hold in high regard. Go and see a GI specialist biko my beloved sister. I love you and I pray you listen.

My sister, please don’t stop talking. You may think people don’t listen but they are. Think about how many years it took these religious manipulators to mess up our minds. Consistency is the Key. Think about when people are held in mortified fear of even saying that pastors are wrong, you remember those days right? And these pastors invested money into the Nollywood movies to depict them as Omni men. You remember? Who would have thought that today, that people would sit as you are seated to call these wolves out? Sister mi Adunni, if you want to stop exposing religious atrocities because you want to have quality time for yourself, I will say do that. But if because of discouragement or insults or because you don’t see significant results, please I am begging you not to stop. Consistency will win this race. I stopped going to church 20 years ago. Every now and then I go to dance if my friends invite me. Most people who go don’t put shishi, trust me. God bless you always.
