I liked this clip before watching, Vusi Thembekwayo is what young people should be looking for in a mentor, his practicality approach reminds me of Alan Sugar.

Blinky M Alan Sugar and his stern look😀.

Vusi Thembekwayo is streets ahead of Alan Sugar. First of all Vusi has got compassion for the poor, Alan Sugar on the other hand is a nasty Conservative (Tory) mouthpiece, one step down from Donald Trump. Alan Sugar claims to be a big shot business mogul and yet he's nowhere near Bill Gates. Bill Gates realised the money was in the software; Alan Sugar focused on the hardware. Who is the richer of the two? None of the UK apprentice winners have made it big, goes to show you about Alan Sugar's mentoring skills.

What's the purpose of those small girls sitting in the corner staring at the back of Vusis head? They could have at least been offered the opportunity to ask a few questions.
