CFMOTO CFORCE Fuel Issue Fixed | Vapor Lock problem fix | Evap Delete Finally!

So far these CFORCE ATVs from CFMOTO have been absolutely great!!! They have taken a beating and bashing and structurally they are strong and proven machines.. The Only issue has been on the CFORCE 400, 500, and 800 and it is a Vapor lock, fuel system issue and CFMOTO has stepped up to the plate and heard our complaints and have offered a solution that fixes the problem. Watch this video and then take your 2020 model 400, 500, or 800 to your CFMOTO certified shop and let them fix this. I do not believe it is labeled or considered a CFMOTO Recall, but it is something that they will fix just like it is a recall.

Just had it done on my UForce 500. It would get hot and would not start if I turned it off. It would have to cool down before re starting. The dealer suckered me into the 20hr service. Ended up costing me 350 dollars. Warranty covered the bypass. Thanks for the videos.

The service manager at my dealer claim that these machines have to have valve clearance adjustment. I just had it done because I was second guessing it.

On my 2019 500s the hoses run forward to the canister located behind left front wheel inner fender shield. I went ahead and did mine myself yesterday and it runs great after deleting. I cheated and left canister and hoses in place so it could be changed back in the future if ever required.

I have a 2021 400s and I have some kind of vent hose that is next to the oil cap where it vents and connects to the underneath of the motor .I always keep my machines very clean after each ride and I happened to notice the tube had what was a oily sediment in it and I replaced it with a new one that I had a roll of . What I immediately noticed was the throttle instantly became very smooth in all ranges . Can you tell me what this hose is for and why I have this oily sediment in it . What could be causing this I cant find any information in the manual . This hose is clear around 1/4 OD / 3/16 ID and please note I have not Ben going through any water that go over the foot rest . I usually do most of my own maintenance and would appreciate your input . Thanks Rene Martel

What about the 600 -- touring and regular -- I have a 2021 XC800 and touring 600 (had the EVAP removal done by the dealer on the 800 and made a world of difference) - what about the 600? You guys don't mention that model at all, but I have heard others that have had issues similar to this with the 600... what kind of fix for the 600?

I have a 2020 cforce 600 I have had for 3 weeks now and the first long ride out I had the throttle and hesitation issues and seeing these videos before I was aware of the gas cap venting issue so I cracked open the gas cap and sure enough it spewed and vented and this issue was resolved at the time. I have had problems with my 2021 CForce 500 not cranking - they changed the control module -switch and everything they could think of. Come to find out after trial and error the fuel pump keeps loosing its prime and you have to turn the key on and off through about 5 or 6 prime cycles to get it to start. Is there a check valve in the fuel system somewhere that can be replaced to stop the flow back problem?

My 600 2up does the same thing...I brought it Back again with this type problem 2nd time, left a note about the evap problem you spoke of..and today they called me stating they dont see a problem they spoke to the techs and they did what they told them to do...they did nothing to the e vapor problem...that's what I was told...and the owner on the phone said it's not made to idle long either builds up moister, (doesnt make sence either about it not suppose to idle to long .. I guess they checked the idle to run hrs... What do you think? Now I'm going to go there sometime this week and run it for about an hr an see before I take it home again

Just got a brand new 21 cfmoto cforce 500s. 70 miles and 11.3 hrs I've put on it since it was assembled. Had that fuel issue happen 2 times today (9-24-21) Since the hoses shoot forward is that a fuel bypass issue or is the emissions reduction stuff causing my problems? 2021 cforce 800 first ride of the year after about 20 miles was real choppy at idle when I gave it throttle died can’t seem to figure it out.. I run 90 octane no ethanol and air filter is new.

Awesome Rob! You will be very happy with them im sure.. but the warranty deal comes down to your local dealer... and they honestly wouldn't know weather it had a clitch kit in it or not unless they took your clutches apart and saw the different weights and springs.. so i would recommend that if you are concerned with warranty work in the future, i would just talk to your dealer and feel him out about the coverage.

I have a 500 2018 and after an hour and a half of driving it will turn off when I stop on any gear, It will stay on again if it's in parking but as soon as a shift it will turn off. Did my 800xc. Plugged the throttle body and pulled the rear hose off the canister with a T marked on it. Tie up all loose hose ends and your done. Literally a 5 min fix.

I just bought mine this weekend (800 cforce) took it out for the first time it stalled out when it got hot and wouldn't start and would stall out when I put it in gear had to wait till it cooled down. Is canister the issue ?

Had a problem last ride with my CForce 800. It would stall while on the trail. When I tried to restart it would not do anything. Battery was fine but it would not even attempt to turn over. I would turn the unit on and off 2-3 times and tried to start. Usually would start on third try but ran rough and wanted to stall if RPMs were low. I bet this is the issue. Already have this going to my dealer on 8/28 for the first service. I will have him delete the evap.

Hello Guys ,I have an issue with a CFmoto 625 from 2022 4500 Km on it . Will start but will go high in revs around 2500-3000 then comes slowly down and stays or slowly fluctuate . When driving it will not go more them 40 Km ( in hight ) , from there on the engine is stalling , like it does not have power to go forward. If I start the machine in neutral and rev it , between 4000-5000 it is like is folding something the engine back and will hesitate to smoothly rev after passed the 5000 barrier will rev till max. I have checked the bet, one way bearings weight etc there is all fine , as it does the same when those are off. Has already new spark, spark lead . New filter . No error on dashboard. Does anyone came across this and can give me some advise ? THanks

You will have to call your dealer about it.. some dealers act like they have never heard of it.. but it was a bulletin that was sent to all dealers (except in California) for the 2020 cforce 500, and 800

@@Ccam1190 the evap is up front kinda behind the headlights. I had a evap line that was pinched and also I modified the exhaust tip to make it flow better. And I don’t tighten the gas cap till it clicks I just make it barely snug and haven’t had a problem since then.

I would have thought just a vented gas cap would fix that...like dirt bikes have...since evap systems are sealed, vent it and the vapor lock goes away......maybe...unless gas still accumulates in the hose? Or pull the crap off like it should be...LOL...

I'm having problems with a 2021 cforce 600. When trail riding the exhaust gets so hot that the fuel tank builds a lot of pressure and the quad will start loosing power and sputtering. If you remove the gas cap even if you do it slowly to let the pressure out you get gas start over flowing all over.

The evap canister is mounted at the bed frame and is above the tires. You would have to be in some pretty deep crossings to get water sucked in through the canister.

Yeah my 1000 overland is working the same as what u explained ,poor idling and not sounding good n will shut off

What about the fuel system on the 2021 800 do they need changing also .

I have a 21 800 that was stalling out the other day when I had driven it about 40 miles... shut it off,,, started it back up and it would die if you gave it throttle,,, I’m thinking it has something to do with this.. I’m gonna disconnect it and report back. Blake, what symptoms did your 800 have when you bypassed the evap system?

What’s the piece you used to plug the hole ?? After removing the tube

Its just a rubber cap

I have a 2018 cforce 400 it will start up run for a few minutes then dies bogs under acceleration but it’s not consistent runs like a top then bogs out and dies but fires right back up any ideas only has 28 hours on it

Have a 2019 800 cforce vaperlocking on long hot rides will they take care of that? Also had a beeping issue and what you said I'm hitting the Rev limiter in high and low just beeps all the time. Maybe I'm a little tuff on it.😁 Is there a way to stop the beeping or a delete it ?

When it beeps do you notice if your little oil light flashes up for just a second or 2?
