Probably already been explained in the comments but the names in the corners refers to the hoods they in. San Siro = Milan zone 7 (south west Milan), Shepherds Bush = west London, La Florida= southern Alicante, Spain, Pantin= North East Paris The name of the song Eurovision is also a reference to the biggest music competition in Europe, it is like the Voice but every European country sends an artist or group to compete.
