Correction just to add on what if is Saying. You will do 2 years on a transit union unless you act up and then they will drop you to a g4 medium custody and transfer you. Tails from a Blood I was sentence to 5 years , I was locked up from 00-05 and I was on Duncan unit in Diboll tx, transfer unit. I did nine months do to getting write ups but had I obeyed rules I'd do two years like I was supposed to. Medium custody is when you're in your cell half the day, you work,you walk to chow and then it's g5 close custody where you're locked up 23 hours a day ,you may get rec and some units you may get lucky if it's a day room and come out to eat, otherwise everything is in your cell including showers. Imagine showering in a small cell with another man on the other side of sheet. But g4 medium custody is more freedom than most transfer units, transfer units are small, everything is mostly inside, in Duncan unit we was locked up in pods with no guards in there ,some pods held 15 inmates then some had 60 inmates, to walk to chow was a hallway,no outside,like we in elementary school, only thing you had to look forward to was visits,mail,rec yard,tv, commissary and sleep. No tattoos,no weed, no nothing like the real big units. Prison is very boring and it can get dangerous its no such thing as doing my time and not bothering nobody, you will get tried and tested , people that has to spend the rest of their lives there that's never going home,parents died, children getting older not thinking about their father in prison, ex wives and baby mother's done moved on and away with other men they love, you're the last thing on her mind , you never getting the attention and love and to cuddle with pussy again, never eating what you want has to be Hell on earth. Just waiting to die.
