Goodbye to the half-baked Real estate agent, I see this as a positive change in Real estate now more opportunities to work with serious buyers and full transparency. we all know that not everyone is a REAL ESTATE AGENT some of them would get the license and sell grandma's property and brag that real estate is easy. I'm seeing a lot of them going away The buyers will adjust to cater for more fees, just like anything it's always the consumer who will adjust to the price and I don't think it's an unfair price to work with someone that will help you find a home and make sure your interest as a buyer is met. I just see this as more education for first-time home buyer

Do you know the old saying that when you're born, they give you a birth certificate and a real estate license 🤣 I agree there are too many people out there and many that are just doing it half fast. This is a business for professionals not someone that's treating it as a hobby or side hustle.

It’s a farce that someone buying a million dollar home in Long Beach can’t afford to pay for their own representation out of their own funds. Protect your sellers. Don’t talk about any commission offered to the buyer until an offer is presented.

The question every seller must ask themselves is: Does not offering a buyers agent commission put you at a competitive disadvantage? When I sell my own home, I'm definitely offering buyers agent compensation.

I can see sellers suing soon for not being allowed to mention everywhere how much they are willing to offer to the buyer agent. This lawsuit will actually make sense because NAR is hurting their ability to make their house as attractive as possible that may result in a lower price offerred.

I agree ☝️ Brokers websites will have the seller offered fee. Which makes this whole lawsuit pointless.

Agreed! I see a lot more lawsuits coming up and sellers will not get as much for their house.
