Can’t believe you released this to the public Brandon! This is by far my favorite sales lesson I received from you in my career.

What a home seller really wants is support and guidance through what can be a stressful and overwhelming process. They are looking for a trusted partner who understands the complexities of selling a home and can provide honest advice every step of the way. Sellers want someone who has been down this road before, offering clarity and reassurance while helping them make informed decisions. Ultimately, they seek a confident ally who is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for their sale, making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible

I love it! But I have to ask. When we’re talking to an expired whom is frustrated with the process of not selling, and we go for the appointment with the hypothetical “if we can meet and I share with you a plan to get you to Destin Fl before spring without all of the hassle of showings like you originally wanted, is there a down swing to getting together to talk about this a bit more?” Then you get together and they want to know exactly what that plan is that’s different than the last agent. Like, is it just the pricing strategy? I’m just a bit confused on that part.
