Excellent video. I ended up installing a slightly shorter lift kit this weekend, but this video was still extremely helpful and detailed. All the little tips and tricks were very helpful as well. Will definitely keep supporting yall, great stuff.

Man your truck looks so badass, that blue with tire/rim combo make this one of the best Mavericks I've seen so far. The only issue for me is that I don't wanna put additional wear and tear on my truck because these being unibody and all, aren't truly meant for lifts and big beefy tires. I'm so tempted but wanna keep it mostly stock for right now. Maybe I'll just upgrade the tires but scared to put the lift.

I really didn't like the looks of the Maverick, I remember the original from my childhood, but it's starting to grow on me. I like the lift because it helps to give it a more "aggressive" stance and not look as meek. The new Maverick with the Tremor package looks good, but might look even better with this lift installed.

The approach angle of the tremor is not only useful but does so much more to make it look aggressive and truck-y, I think you’re right, tremor plus super lift would be a great combo given clearance seems like the biggest issue for this truck

I have 245/70R17 Toyo Open Country AT3 in SL, and running 27psi, per the load chart for that truck. I did have to trim some of the finder liner and remove pinch weld material, but it's MUCH more planted on loose terrain and the extra clearance is very nice! Also, the ride is smoother than factory now, and I can hear the tires around 30-45mph, so it sounds more like a proper truck too. I’m going to be ordering a 2023 maverick. I’m really wanting to do a lift like this. I’m curious if anyone has any insight on how the maverick rides after being lifted. Also wondering how the steering geometry is. Are the angles way off? My past two trucks I’ve owned have been lifted and I’ve had issues with steering components prematurely wearing out. Not sure if I want that headache again, but the lift sure does help the look of the maverick.

Excellent question! This is a very well designed kit that creates no bind, so you won't have excessive wear on ball joints, CVs, bearings, etc. Everything will align within spec. The ride depends on the rest of the setup. If you were to run factory tires, you probably wouldn't notice any difference in ride. The truck in this video got 245/70/17 (not LT) Toyo Open Country AT3 tires, and are inflated to 27 psi per Toyo's load chart. It actually has a soother ride than factory.

What will this lift do to the suspension geometry? Meaning is there any increased wear on ball joints or CV joins? Also are there plans for a 24 model year kit or will the 23 model year work?

It absolutely causes more wear. I understood that going in. The bad part is that the included front sway bar links last about as long as the front CV axles. Which was just a few hundred miles, for me. I removed the lift. The hardware couldn't handle the lift like the Subarus I drove. I'm not knocking on Ford. They're using parts from other vehicles that can't handle the geometry. Economy of scale is what makes a vehicle like this practical to build. The Tremor uses different CV axles and likely sway bar links too. They're probably more durable but I haven't found enough information to be sure.

I have 22 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid, are the parts lifted kit assembly will fit my hybrid mav? And can I keep my OEM wheels, and my tires aftermarket 235 65 17 firestone destination A/T2, if I'm going to install this superlift 2.5" lift kit?

It all depends on your skill level, but SuperLift says it's a 4 hour install, and that's what shops generally charge by. Hope that helps!

So you only needed the 2 subframe spacers on the rear trailing arms and that was it? no other subframe drop spacers? I did a lift on my Honda element and even with the subframe kit, I had a death wobble that I couldn't get rid of and I busted both front CV's. I'm afraid to put a lift on the maverick.

Mine rides wonderfully! It feels better than factory, but that probably has to do a lot with the extra sidewall on the taller tires absorbing the bumps.

This will only work with the AWD suspension. Hybrid is currently only available as FWD, so it's not compatible with this kit.
