Yes if you are using wordpress.com. Most people use WordPress on a separate hosting company like hosting her or blue host. When you have WordPress on one of those companies, you can install any plug-in you want to

Hi, thanks for the video. After I've installed the recipe card plugin, and then go to create a new post, my screen looks nothing like yours. I don't have access to all the widgets and don't know how to access them. I simply have a paragraph box with room to type and insert images much like on email. The only way I can access the recipe card plugin is apparently through editing a post on elementor - but then only the recipe card displays on preview and not the entire post.

When you are editing a post on the top left is there a blue plus icon? Clicking on this should open up the widgets. On the top right to the right of the publish button should be a sidebar button to open up the settings. If you don't see these can you tell me what version of wordpress you have and where you website is hosted?
