Luffy, Ace, and Sabo back when they were kids exchanged cups of sake together to declare themselves as brothers. Sabo was born to some royals in the Goa Kingdom (not Celestial Dragons just some normal royals) if I remember right. Monkey D. Dragon is known to the government and world at large for being the “World’s Worst Criminal”, being leader of the Revolutionary Army. There are many who believe that Dragon possesses some sorta Devil Fruit that has wind powers (there was a bizarre storm that hit when Luffy was about to be executed by Buggy in Loguetown and Dragon was the one who stopped Smoker from capturing Luffy afterwards). Possibly a wind serpent zoan (this is believed to be tied to one of Dragons other titles “The Insurgent Serpent”, or it could just be a plain wind logia.

Excited for wll the hype javon is building, cant wait to see how much more crazinesd will happen this arc, sadly oda needs to wrap the story up, the VA's only got so many more years in them
