If your near level 50 and you have no more quest to do just use the dangai its not the most effective but it works well, and then head to soul society

When u hit lvl 65 the literal BEST way is the fight ice captain bc he's easy and gives shit ton of exp and only has a 1 hr cooldown so u can farm it until lvl 80 and get a friend or two to help you do arrancar captain

actually i think vastocar its better than true vasto lorde(not in stats and ect.) some things here: Vastocar its op and easier to get if you follow the skills, it will get a lot easier. true vasto lorde its more op but too hard and after that it have no evolution, but if you wanna get it...its ok, i dont give you orders or something, good luck (i am a vasto lorde and im getting vastocar i will make a menoscar account to compare how much time you get lvl 50)
