What item do you have that causes the skeletons to spawn?

Anyone figures out why or how to fix that every time the monk casts spells (That are not Primary or Secondary) he just stands staring at the enemy before you have to click like hell so he can attack again? After the newest patch it just happens so offend and it is annoying.

The only question I have right now is, did they fix 7 sided strike?! Please please please tell me they did!

No they didn't. Especially with Fulminating Strike Rune. My monk 80% of time stops at the 4th or 5th strikes because the next target is dead due to the explosion.
