I'll explain everything that happend in video here. First. Why did reaper see himself when he saw nusil, instead of its true form? Basically only people that are strong enough can see nusil true form. But for people that is not strong enough can only see nusil as a mirror of theirselves, but if they are close to it they will see nusil as an tiny eldritch abomination. Second. Why cant Perfect404 get out from "that place" Its because that place are beyond alphatale narrative and story meaning it is beyond Perfect404 dimension. That place is also a pocket universe made by nusil, it is very similiar to the universe that exist. the difference is just there are no living being in there other than nusil. And last. What does nusil means by they are not allowed to interfere with other stories. It means nusil are not allowed to change how the story goes and interfere with them, they are only allowed to watch how the story goes and if they wanted to meet one of the character in the story nusil will have to wipe their mind after talking with them. Meaning Perfect404 and Reaper Sans will not remember anything about nusil. There are also some stories that nusil allowed to change or do as they will, one of them are SCP Verse yet there are still a few creatures that are stronger than nusil there, and nusil could also mess with weird/messed up timelies such as tears in the rain, last breath and more.
