@@besttcookingadventure5767 I remember eating that baghie, we were coming back from Morrison creek by boat ( now they call it Molsen creek) the road was not in yet and we had to stop at some people’s house and wait for the tide to come in so the can bring the boat in by the koker across the road from the market by the masjid. This was in 1976, I never came back to Guyana; but I remembered the chourai baghie those people served us. It was delicious 😋 Thank you! I enjoy your vids, it brings back good memories. I attended Tagore Memorial HS in 1976, when Chandra was the principal. The tree by the cake shop at the entrance to 63 beach is still there (amazing) we used to buy buns and soda for lunch at that shop👍

​@@sangeetapatel9430indeed that bhajie is delicious if prepared the right way. We grew up with bhajie and cuirass as a major part in our meals. All our five siblings went to Tagore High school. I remember that cake shop well. My deceased uncle use to teach at Tagore high school. Cray Sampat. You probably know him. Thank you for sharing your memories..Good old days..
