I used to watch ultra four and i’ve seen the configuration before. Unfortunately for me I’ve never been able to find any details on the drivetrain between the engine and axles. I’d love to tinker around and build something for trail riding if somebody could help me out with the drivetrain details.

That's weird... Ultra4 is all getting longer wheelbases. Rock Bouncers still shortening. I am guessing the desert racing is why.

Wheelbase wasn’t changed just the back of the chassis

Engine is in front of rear axle so its mid engine not rear engine.

She sure flops the front end a lot more than I was expecting being a rear engine seems like it would have given better weight distribution than the front engine designs that are handling the jumps better without trying to check the front end under before landing

Had about 20 mins seat time after all the changes before the race. Needs a shock tune then she will work a lot better
