Damn, looks like a rough day! I built a few turbo engines and ran the crankcase pressure in to the exhaust. I installed a vacuum gauge with a silicone hose to the exhaust port to make sure it supplied vacuum when running. I remember being worried that it might supply too much vacuum but seemed to work fine.Your work always turns out great!

I reckon a nice green and gold metal flake paint job on the roof would look sick

Pressure in the pan can push that rear seal out. We had one push out in a race engine over a restrictive catch can.

Seen a video from Chase bays related to crank case pressure and how LS needs a dual system. One system that vents from the both valve covers into a tank and an another system that vents from the valley cover. Chase bays was explaining that LS engines make a lot of crank case pressure in the valley and the vent from the valve covers isn’t enough. I’ll find the video and link it for you. Could be your problem.
There you go my man, queued up to the part. Chase explains why a 2 can system is beneficial and explains the set up. I definitely learned something new here.
