Just want to add as a doctor that a head trauma can require head surgery sometimes. What is problematic medically is to show the patient on face mask during surgeries. Patients are intubated and on ventilators while in such serious head surgeries. It would be much more medically sound if they can show a tube in the mouth instead of an oxygen mask when showing patients undergoing surgery that requires them to be unconscious.

Because he was told it was an accident not deliberate. His brother told him she fell and hit her head. At that point it was only treated as an irresponsible accident. Only when she was moved out of the room, he realised there was more to this and a potential attempted murder.

Irsa ghazal is a brilliant actress….I remember watching asghari akbari as a child and found some episodes a few years ago, she nailed it then too. Atiqa ji, a brain hematoma is a collection of blood within or around the brain. They should have said that the surgery was to remove the blood clotting. The most common cause of a hematoma is trauma, like Falls, Car accidents, Broken bones, Head injuries, Gunshot wounds, even sports injuries, or just Strain. In majority of the cases surgeries are performed. I know this because years ago I lost an Uncle due to brain hematoma.

Attiqua G is right ,we should not give misleading medical information in our dramas ...Marina G talked about tracing the carpet to the seller and household ..that is right but we should not try and jump ahead of story line ..the girl has not died ,police will wait for her statement before launching any investigation process ..that is what happens in real life ,police is limited in resources and they don't jump to start investigation before some preliminary work ..that stage may come later but is definitely not a task of day 2 of incident when it's not clear what has happened and if the girl wants to press charges ...Nadia is right about Irsa G ' s dress on engagement could have been more heavy but some people don't personally like heavy dresses and just being rich doesn't always translate into wearing very high end dresses ..For Atiqa G's information ,Irsa ghazal has played high class ,middle class and lower class roles all brilliantly.." Habs" and Ruswai are examples ..she is a Gem and I love her performances dating back to miratul uroos..She is my all time favourite.

Atiqa, I agree with you using real names of actors because we are not from Pakistan and are not familiar with Urdu names. It’s nice to know their real names. Marina is right about putting behind the scenes shows. Also on fuchia when they bring 2 characters who hate each other and on fuchia they are laughing with each other it kills the drama. Even in bismil they brought the wife and the mistress together which also made it milder.
