The lease Agreement is a Worrisome.Tibetan Cooperative Society u said has only little more than 2 years left on lease Aggrement.What if the owner doesn’t renew the lease Aggrement.And the Rate will be much higher on new lease Aggrement.Indians can pay much higher than Tibetans ones the Lease expires and the owner knows that.The owner will be waiting for lease to expire after that his Property is free than he will increase the rate or not renew the old Aggrement.
