Reasonable Accommodation Requests

Six steps for supervisors to process a reasonable accommodation request.

Listen to his tone, his voice, it's one of deterence. Listen... "he's got to," "anything is considered an illness or whatever," "give me the $5,000.00 device," "doesn't need to drive a benz... drive the colt." "It's just not working out..." not a story of success compared to the failure. These things are subtle but REAL. Asking for accomodations is hard to begin with, this attitude from management makes it worse. This is one of the better ones: they deemed him worthy of doing the training.
