2:41:15 Here the first step is right . That is the square of it is 30 but those four squares inside it. You did a mistake while counting it. (if i'm not wrong) The answer of those 4 square inside the big square is 5+5+5+5= 20.(20 as in the column and row is of 2×2 respectively so we can go with the formula of 1square + 2square and the answer would be 1+4= 5. So if we combine those 4 squarr inside the big square then we would get the answer of 5+5+5+5= 20. Hence the answer should be 50(30+20) instead of 46. If i'm wrong please correct me sir! Thanks

Nice observation Mukesh and you're right about the 5 thing but we already counted the 5th square (that is the square that covers all 4 squares inside that) while counting the squares that are 30 in number.
