Only A are B means B is having relation with only A , it doesn't mean all B are A. there is a difference b/w 2 concepts.

it varies in different situations..... if "only A are B" is asked in "statement" then it means "All B are A" and if it is asked in "conclusion" then it means "A is having relation with only B and no one else"
