2022 was a lot seriously,i applied uk skilled work visa,it was refused because of a missing doc,which i provided and they stated they didnt receive it,i was told in my refusal letter that what to do next is to seek administrative review which takes 28days,i do not want to do the administrative review,i want to reapply,do i write to them that i do not want administrative review or i should withdraw my application or i should just wait for collection mail, if i hold on to get a collection mail,hope they wont hold my passport for the 28days before sending my passport back ,i need it as soon as possible to reapply ,pls help

This is a bit complicated. You can email them your proposed next steps and let them guide you properly. This is because if they recommend administrative review, it means with the document provided, they may approve the visa. So if you are in a rush and can't wait, email them or call them to get what steps are appropriate for you to take.

You have to start sticking to your allowed work hours to avoid violating your visa conditions.

You have to be the one to select your biometrics date after you have submitted your visa.

Well, I'm not sure about that. You can say "applied" with "pending outcome". That is if there is an "other" option to write down a comment.

If I currently hold a visitor visa status the time of my tier 4 visa application do I need to explain why I did not or have not traveled or used the visitor visa? Am applying from my home country and could not travel because it was a sponsored visa but the grant expired before the visa was granted.
