New Orleans is a crap show. No One in their right mind is moving here. That's why my channel is Nawlins "to" Vegas 😆😆. Its dysfunctional Police Department make NOLA the top of the list of unsafe cities. You as a Real Estate Rep. should also include the insurance nightmare the entire state is facing. 4 hurricane's in the last 4 years has decimated the insurance industry. Stay away from Louisiana period.
