Wonyoung doesn’t deserve all the hate she gets. imo she got pushed into the idol industry so early and she tries so hard, it’s subconscious. Granted she can be quite rude, but notice how during those times she’s looking at the camera instead or posing for fans. I don’t think she’s choosing to be rude to her seniors, I think that she’s been conditioned to think other things matter more, like appearance and aegyo.

That’s literally what I’ve being saying in the comment thread of this other video, and to this day I’m still getting responses from stans insisting I’m finding excuses to hate her (like holy hell, observations are observations, they may not necessarily be 100% accurate but they’re not going to be false just because you don’t like them). And even if you’re a stan of someone who’s getting hated a lot and you think you need to help better their name, they’re not actually completely flawless at the end of the day. They’re are still people, not literal goddesses, and people are inherently imperfect but stans seem to forget that because they’re idols. Plus, the more you insist that someone can’t possibly have xyz flaws even when a person is just genuinely giving constructive criticism, you’re just giving others an even worse impression of your fanbase and your idol.
