​@@endofsocietyI don't know where people got the idea that NJ has so many winners, if anyone wins in NJ, they are usually closer to NY in North Jersey or it's someone who is only visiting the state and lives somewhere else. The winners are usually in CA, FL, TX, NY. PA or MI, unless the lottery website is telling people on the west coast that someone on the east coast won and vice versa.

The South African lottery abandoned the physical balls love draw and started a digital draw. Weird patterns and number combinations such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 5,10,15,20,25 etcs started to become a regular occurrence. When the lottery company was called out for rigging, they paid social media influencers with scripted messaging to spread a message of transparency. Nobody was fooled.😂😂

Another way to launder money without notice. What powerball and Mega doesn't admit to is if they do predraws before the actual game. Alot of state lotterys admit to doing 4-7 predraws before the main drawing. To make sure the machines work properly. I usually stick to just single state lotterys. Right now california and new york are both in debt. If it is rigged, would be an easy way to take money from taxpayers of other states to pay there bills. Having the winner be from either of those two states.

​@@endofsociety I can give you one reason. I don't even play until it gets to 500 or 600 million. It seems not to hit until then, although I think mega million had 2 consecutive jackpots in a week recently. I use to not play until it got over 100 million 15 20 years ago. The lottery seemed to notice that it sells more tickets with higher jackpots so they started a higher starting point for jackpots and charged $2 instead of 1$ to make it grow faster to get to that point where it even gets people to buy tickets from those who don't pay to play every drawing.

@@jessemann565 yeah but still. Once the jackpot grows to 100 million millions more people start playing. At least 130 million people are playing at once. And not just $2 for most. I say it's almost impossible for it to grow to a billion without anyone hitting the jackpot if it were just chance. Sure, they may throw a bone here and there and let someone hit at 20 million. That's so it doesn't look so suspect.

They forgot or failed to present an example of the Serbian Lottery affair. In short, the #5 ball comes out of the drum where all the numbered balls are. #5 appears at the bottom of the TV screen. The next ball out of the drum is #34, and then that number appeared on the TV screen next to #5, etc….everyone is waiting for the next # to come out of the drum when suddenly #29 appeared on the TV screen next to the drawn numbers 5 and 34!! ! On the TV screen it says 5, 34, 29!!! 29 was on the TV screen for a few seconds before it was removed. Then the #29 ball comes out of the drum to the surprise of the entire nation. Lottery officials put the number on the TV screen before the number was drawn. 😁

Odds of winning are 1 in 320 million or so? Number of possible number combinations is somewhere around 280 million? How many tickets are sold during each drawing especially as they get larger? Guaranteed it’s way more that 280 million which means is very likely the number combination would be picked on a legitimate draw?? Lottery officials block out hundreds of thousands of number combinations that the computer (quick pick) cannot pick however many people choose their own numbers which means eventually every number combination will be picked! It’s about driving up revenue when people are not buying tickets and I truly believe certain states give the lottery kickbacks so that they are chosen as the winning state!

Bingo! Exactly. I never play the mega millions and powerball. Haven't done so in a few years since I started noticing only certain states will win when over a billion dollars. Once in a while, they will throw another state the jackpot to quell suspicion.

Of course it’s rigged. Our odds are 1:300M or so, the same odds are for lottery machine to draw numbers that no one played. The question is how lottery machine always win and players hit a jackpot only 2-3 times a year!?

put it this way, in NY and im sure other states it's all computer intake of every number group that is printed. so im sure the computer can tell you all the numbers that haven't been picked. also does the quick pick cycle through all numbers or say i get a QP in Buffalo and another person in NYC gets the same QP. how would anyone know numbers were used twice. sounds kinda fixed.

In Florida its always more than likely a winning tickey being sold at Publix. Now Publix get more money from ticket buying and the store gets a sharee of the winnings its a win win for the stores

20 years ago I had a winning instance scratch ticket for $100 and the store would not give me the money somehow somebody stole I can’t explain but I never got the money she offered to give me a new ticket but somebody cashed in my $100 winning I didn’t win it somebody stole it from me in the store strange people steal I never had

Up here in Canada we have Lotto Max around 70 Million Dollars, or more, and I have Never Won for about a Decade or so, I do believe that ours is Rigged too, No Matter if you live in a Place like our's, yeah I know right, Canada Nice Place but Rigged Lotto, I believe that the Main people who run the Lotto Max, do find a family member or a close friend so then the Money stays with them, while the rest of us get's nothing or if we do get something it's more like a free play or something, and yeah I remember back in the day the Lotto was a Equal Game of Chance, I wish we could see the Numbers Live, to make sure that it's Not Rigged. P.S. & I only but a Ticket Once or Twice a year, and Never Won, and I have been doing this since the 1980's or even further back.
