Thank you for the video Kalesha, I loved the way you presented. I just finished the dental hygiene program and I really was scared about being bored of doing everyday the same, but you helped me to see it from another perspective. I got surprised about the average rate there, in NYC working as a dental assistant while in school I was making $29 p/hour and as a graduated hygienist you may start from $45 to $50 per hour. But is always good to get informed about how it works in other parts of the country. 🙏

Hi! DH is one of the careers i want to be! I am just trying to think what i really want to do rest of my life! I live in arkansas but there is only two DH schools in my state. I really want to work in Arkansas after graduated. How many dental hygiene schools can i apply? Is there any limit? If i attend a school in texas, i only can take a Texas board exam?? Or i am allowed to take Arkansas board exam even though i go to school in texas???
