Great way to have my sunday morning coffee. Your making good progress on the chassis. Not cutting any corners. That workshop looks really nice! It looks like a place where more people have there workplace, that is something there should be more of it! It's like a wrench centre where you have a drink together at the end of the day 😁

Great viewing, been working my way through all the videos as bought an ex army 240GD in Singapore. Planned body work, some upgrades, adding electrics, led lights, winch etc....and now its turned into body off rebuild. This is a really good opportunity to add the military radius arm brackets to the frame if you plan on raising the truck at all.

I'm curious why you didn't go with an OM602 or OM605 engine. Lighter than their OM616 and OM617 equivalents, more powerful, more efficient, easier to wring more power out of, etc.

Incorrect all bearing installation in this video.. I would newer give my car in workshop where for nuts or bearing change use hammer. Lets say it is - how you shouldn't do this =))
