How did you take off that back cover with three screws? Just by pulling? Does it have any locks? (the one you were putting back upside down)

It's funny how the Chinese can build a high quality vacuum with great software and sensor package that is easy to maintain with cheap spare parts for an really affordable price and some ppl still think china can only produce cheap garbage

I deassemble the vacuum just to the point when I can see the fan. Actually if I blow inside air by normal vacuum cleaner the fan spins smoothly and also by finger the fan seems ok. Your fan was blocked in some way that you can feel with finger? I still getting error 18

If your fan spinns when moving it with your finger and you still get the error 18 i think it might be busted, but you should remove and open the fan up just to make sure

the fault lies in the electric motor .. it is not broken .. the fan moves up and down ..

The fan moves up and down? I most cases there is gravel preventing the fan to spin, is some it might also be the motor of the fan which is faulty hence you might need to replace the fan it self.

@@tobiasnilson3396 no, the fan has a movement of 2 or 3mm just because there is nothing that holds it .. just try with a screwdriver..and that causes a difference in height between the stator and rotor and gives out error 18 .. then it may be that you enter a foreign body, but I see it very difficult

You change the voice-pack via the app. Scandinavian such as den, swe etc dose not exist only English. If you need help with a nordic manual try contacting mi-store.se and ask them if they might have one
