me and my family went to Caesars back in 1998. I was well over 20 years old at the time. We were passing through a slot machine area, on our way to the mall, only a few feet away. We stopped in the no smoking section of the poker machines just for a few seconds deciding where to go. An extremely rude floor man, not even a security guard, asked for my ID a few feet from the mall. He said he was "just following the orders". This was a commonly used term by the nazis in world war II germany. It was a white guy with a large mustache as well, with white hair, wearing glasses. Not even knowing that my grandfather with us at the time was a holocaust survivor. They have been there since then, but I haven't, because I knew what that term meant. Why not say, "I'm sorry to ask this, but under the laws of the State of Nevada, I need to ask for your ID for security purposes". Then apologize a few more times before I show you my ID that I'm way over 20. Right after the incident, with my father and grandfather, we then headed to the mall a few seconds later. We were passing through and not even interested in playing the slots!! We stopped a split second and we were interrupted and harassed by this moron. Please be considerate of your customers. It is customer satisfaction first, remember that. You lost a valued customer and I recommend to nobody to go to your hotel and casino because of this incident. It was not just this incident, but your moron security crew along with floor cashiers, etc. like to pick on weak, skinny white guys like myself whenever I visited your place and continually ask for my ID when at other locations I have never even been asked. May I suggest an armband that may be given to people over 21, so your floor crew don't need to ask me if I am over 21? Thank you.

Perhaps I took it too hard, but there was no reason for him to bother us, since we were not playing but passing through for a second. We were in the hallway in between the slots and it was not even his particular position to ask me. He was opening up some sort of device and he went out of his way to bother us. If it was security that would be a different story. Of course I wouldn't mind being asked because I look young, but that was not how we were treated. If you had read my message above, it was not about me looking young or looking under the gambling age, but how we were treated. Read my post again, if you didn't understand it correctly. It wasn't just me he was insulting but the rest of my family over a power trip he was enjoying. The same way some people complain about the tsa grabbing your balls for no apparent reason other than that the guy is enjoying it. It is the tone of your voice, how you ask, etc. that could have also been done differently. He could have even just asked if we were passing through or even ask us what we were discussing, since we stopped for a second. Had he just done that, he would have known we were going to the mall area. At least he could have said, enjoy your stay or something afterward. I'm not easily insulted. Once a girl and two of her friends at the mall, asked me an adult at the time, for a quarter to ride some mall train for kids. I said no because I didn't even know her. She says screw you and I just laughed at her comment toward me. I'm not politically correct or liberal minded either. So this would not have bothered me, if it was no big deal.
