I’m sure that’s a rhetorical question Erica but I have to answer it anyway. The sound of a clock is homey and calming because it has pleasant associations for you from your past. It does for me too. My mother had a wonderful grandfather clock that she loved. When the house was quiet and I could hear the clock I knew that all was well. ❤️❤️❤️

Bought back memories of my shoes being laced by mum and also in the shoe shop. I loved watching and listening and this was last like 45 years ago! It's just we hadn't invented ASMR then but I got so many tingles from different things when I was very young ❤❤☺️🤗🤗🤗❤
